Mr. Palma is CEO of Sulfagenix, Inc., and managing partner at Legacy Wealth Corporation, an investment banking boutique and wealth intelligence company that provides a comprehensive array of professionally structured investment opportunities, to meet the needs of high net worth individuals, corporations and institutional investors.

 

Mr. Palma has more than 20 years of experience in the financial sector. He worked for Citibank as Vice President of Corporate Finance where he structured and promoted debt restructuring and local and international funding.  He also acted as Representative of HSBC Bank in Mexico for close to 9 years, being responsible for business strategy, origination, promotion and implementation of the bank’s financial services (corporate banking, trade services, investment banking, capital markets).

 

Mr. Palma holds an MBA with Finance Specialization from the University of Denver in Colorado, USA and graduated as Systems Engineer from ITESM in Monterrey, México.
